[Discuss] Suggestion (yes, another one) - formal treaties regarding borders

Ok, prehaps you could remove the part about informing the judge. The
most important part is the bit that tells people they're about the
violate a treaty. Most such violations are caused by new players that
don't know they're doing anything wrong. Generally (but not
universally), rulers are sensible enough to shrug off such violations,
but it would be better to try and stop such violations in the first
place.

Another method would be a way to realms to write out their own
treaties and offically agree to them, and for them to be viewable
somewhere in game. Either realm could then remove the treaty, by
lowering relations appropriately if it's a peace treaty, or treaty of
alliance, or just by stating that they no longer intend to follow it
(the other party would then declare war, in many cases).
