Same - I think the problem with being the one who's job it is to deal
with assholes is that you end up dealing with a disproportionate
number of them.  There aren't that many in the game, it's just that
the few there are take up most of Tom's time.

Prehaps we need a new way to deal with complaints.  The Titan's were a
nice try, but I think Tom's just ended up dealing with complaints
about the Titans instead, which doesn't really help.  How about a more
democratic method?  If you have a problem with someone, you post it on
the wiki, that person (and others) can respond, and then people vote
on what they think should happen, and the Titan's job becomes simply
carrying out that request.  That way people can't blame the Titans
when things don't go their way.
