[Discuss] Banning for no reason

No, you can't.  Just because *you* didn't know about it doesn't mean  
that no one will.

Some people are natural rebels, and will see the option and say,  
"ooh, that sounds fun!" and find a way to organize one.

And some people will find other ways to make total nuisances of  
themselves--like discover the "loot" button, and start looting the  
regions your realm is trying to take over.  Repeatedly.  Even after  
being ordered to stop.

Or they will RP themselves as murdering local officials in your own  
realm and eating their brains, which, though having no gameplay  
effect, is a pretty awful thing to do, and should clearly merit some  
pretty serious punishment.

If the option is removed, there will be no way to rid yourself of  
persistent nuisances, simply because they have been in the game less  
than a month.  If its unjust use is harshly punished, newbies will be  
protected from us, and we will be protected from them.
