[Discuss] Unresolved Claims

Sorry if I'm repeating anyone, but what comes of unresolved claims
between allies? Tara has a region that has a claim by CE, and the two
nations are confederates. There appears to be no way to remove the
claim. Perhaps a ruler should have the option to remove the claim.
