[Discuss] Allowing duels with jousting skill

Hello,

I just joined the list as I wanted to know about being able to duel with the
jousting skill.  Much weight is given to those characters that improve their
sword skill, but little seems to be given to those that develop jousting.
The swordsman gets the added defense against infiltrators.  He can also act
asinine wherever he goes and simply threaten anyone who speaks against him
with a duel to the death.  If you character wants to focus on jousting,
there is little reward for it.  You may win at tournament, but you get
little other in game rewards.  It may be true that there were few historic
duels to the death via jousting, but that doesn't mean it can't be that way
in Battlemaster.  Have whoever is challenged to a duel to the death gets to
pick either sword or lance.
