[Discuss] New Guild Treasury System

I desperately hope that you added some gold to the global treasury as
well so that religions do not have all their temples suddenly go
"poof" when upkeep rolls around.

Man, for a religion with 20-odd temples, this is going to really suck
if we want to keep moving money around to keep them afloat.  Any
chance of removing the 50% penalty for religions?  Their "guildhouses"
exist for different reasons -- to support peasant followers -- than
the actual guildhouses.


But I really do like the idea of taking away the abuse of guild
treasuries for waging far-from-home wars.
