Damned! This looks like we have a bug in the Guilds treasury.

I have just put another 240 gold into the treasury (positive balance  
600 gold by now). But it is still empty!

No chance to withdraw any gold at the moment. Does it have a time-lag  
or is it a bug?

I remember the guild treasury registering the funds donated  
immediately. Am I wrong?
