[Discuss] Eligibility for positions based on other characters

I poked around but couldn't find this anywhere on the Wiki.

What conditions will prevent you from being appointed or elected to what
types of roles based on what your other character is doing on the island?

As far as I can tell:

- You can't be elected or appointed as Judge or elected as Ruler if you have
someone as a Judge elsewhere on the island (makes sense)
- You can't be elected or appointed as Judge or elected as Ruler if you have
someone as Banker elsewhere on the island (just noticed this last night when
someone was disqualified from a Judge election, presumably for this reason).
- Based on those two, it's probably a safe assumption that you can't be
appointed or elected as Banker, Judge, or General if you hold any of those
positions (or ruler) elsewhere on the island
- Does this apply to Dukedoms as well in any way?

I'm not concerned by any of this at the moment, I've just always been
curious about it (since there's only a 'check eligibility' button for ruler
candidates).
