So if Falasan decided to war Eston for land they could only grab one 
region from Eston before having to resort to looting or signing peace.

If ASI took back Worav from Abington, they'd have to resort to looting 
or signing peace before being able to take more land.

You can see where this would lead with regards to realms that are 
situated in specific locations on the maps. It wouldn't be very fun.
