Full member is a full member and aspirant is still an 
aspirant(separation of messages). That's the difference and basically 
the reason why I'd want such a feature. Better yet, instead of 
completely denying access to the treasury, it would be great if upon 
creation of the rank you could set
a) Can the person deposit gold in the treasury(Yes/No)
b) Withdraw gold from the treasury(Yes/No)

The Atamaran Writers Association works on the premise that people who 
donate gold to the guild in sufficient amounts can become full 
members(thus getting access to what the writers are talking about and 
getting a sneak peek at the writings before they get published). While 
I'd like them to be able to put gold in the treasury, I don't want them 
to be able to withdraw gold from it(even if they have a positive 
balance) as it's not meant for their use.

The Darkan Mercenary Company also ran into a situation where it would 
have been nice to be able to create such a rank. Though I suppose it can 
be partly solved with the aspirant ranks.
