It would be nice to see everyones balance. It would make sense for the 
guilds elders to know who owes what and how much the guild owes to whom.

It would also be nice if you could create ranks that had *no* access to 
the treasury. No depositing gold in it and no withdrawing gold from it. 
There have been several occasion where I've wanted to do this.
