You don't get fame for 1st and 2nd hero. Something different is at work 
here that might look like it, but things are not as simple as that.

And: Every fame point is unique. You never get the same fame point 
twice. That also means the maximum _is_ the maximum, it is 100% 
impossible to go beyond (if you could receive the same fame point 
multiple times, you could exceed the maximum)
