I agree. Sending a share directly to the realm opens the door for all
kinds of fun, but it's also very unrealistic. It basically removes
power from the duke, and the best thing about this new tax system is
that it gives more power to region lords.

I suggest removing the "to the realm" share, and let the duke decide
how much to send on.
