[Discuss] quick fact check: priests as lords/Dukes

SO, being the player of that Ruler of the Theocracy in question that
is a Priest, is my character going to lost that position? That would
really mess up a lot of history and roleplay. It will also not make a
lot of sense, since Oaths and the new tax system would take care of
the only shortcoming of the system that we've found.

It is a Theocracy after all.
