[Discuss] Speculations

You have a specific policy of not telling people how the game works so
we can work it out for ourselves. That policy actively encourages
speculation. You often add features and change features without
telling us so we can find out when we try it - when we do find out, we
are going to have to speculate about what is going on and work out if
it's intentional or if it's a bug.

Either, you have to tell us the answers, or we'll speculate about what they are.
