[Discuss] Contacting game masters.

How can you contact gamemasters if you're not reporting someone but want 
to know if something is an abuse?  On the OOC Ban page it says if you're 
not sure about something then ask the gamemasters, does that mean report 
the person to the Titans?  Is there another way?
