[Discuss] Ruler rotation

First of all, I'm going by the rules, not by what I personally want. I
agree that monarchies and tyrranies have legitimate realistic reasons
why they should have one consistent ruler. And pass the throne on to
their heir, too. But this is one of those areas of realism that have
been thrown out and replaced with this rule, to facilitate a
particular aspect of gameplay.

You talk of how to change your own government, but not how to force
change in a foreign government. Either by infiltrators, or because
they are being risky and fighting on the frontlines against you. It's
already unrealistic that people automatically go home after one week
of being in prison, not to mention that you're immortal unless you
choose to become a hero. It's creating a balance.
