[Discuss] Acting/Reacting towards RP = Using OOC knowledge to be ready IG?

Well if the messages started in game that is in game knowledge and
nothing is OOC knowledge...

It is frustrating when people take IC actions and someone starts
shouting OOC accusations at you....

>From what you have stated here it appears all rulers, you included,
acted IG with IG information....
