[Discuss] Feature Suggestion: Choosing to stay in prison

I think something needs to be changed with the automatic escapes from
prison.  It assumes everyone always wants to escape, but that's not
always true.  It may be determined that your punishment is staying is
prison the full week and you may well choose to go along with that
punishment rather than try and get out of it (for reasons of honour,
or not wanted more trouble later, or whatever), but you may well find
yourself running home without any intention to.

I'm not sure what the best way to solve this is, but it needs something.
