[Discuss] Couple ideas regarding takeovers

Another interesting idea on takeovers(this may already be in effect,  
but I havnt had a chance to test it yet) would be that if the person  
running the TO is the same religion as many of the people in the  
region, the TO is easier.

Or if the person running the TO has their ancestral home there, that  
would be another interesting feature.
