[Discuss] Religion Feedback

I'm enjoying being a priest a lot. I'm now playing a rogue priest,
since my old realm decided they didn't like a priest that cared more
for their religion than their realm. Being a rogue priest makes quite
a bit of sense. Regular rogues are just isolated from everything, but
I'm still a member of the religion so can still play the game fully.
(I'm a little concerned that anyone that feels like it can execute me,
but such is life)

Conversions are going at a good speed. (16% and 10% sound very low -
we have regions in the 40s and 50s, especially the region with our
main temple in) Shrines seem to work well. No-one seems to have the
option of building new temples - I'm guessing you need a certain level
of followers in the region first, which makes sense, but prehaps the
level should be lower. Without being able to build new temples any
noble that wants to join the religion has to travel to where you
started it, which means most members of a religion, at least for the
first couple of months, will be members of it's starting realm. The
ability to cross realm borders is what makes religion so good.

One question - how do the contributions from followers work? Are the
contributions to a particular shrine all from that region, or are they
from all over? In other words, might you be able to make more money
by building more shrines, even without them converting more people?
Are followers in regions without shrines/temples getting off without
paying anything? (I know it would still probably takes months to pay
off the initial investment in the shrine, but any advantage is still
an advantage)
