When an infiltrator is captured, to which realm's prison does he go to? 
The region owners or the prison of the attacked?

More specifically in this case:
Sabotage! (6 hours, 56 minutes ago)
Guards in Tapaliez have captured Geoffery, an infiltrator working for 
Arcaea while he was sneaking around the camp of Vash (Lord) 
conspiciously, with a poisoned dagger under his cloak.

Where would Geoffery go? Arcaea's Prison (Tapaliez is Arcaean region) or 
a Sartanian prison (Vash is Sartanian)
