[Discuss] Death in BattleMaster

Actually 0.5% works.  If my maths is right, it would take, on average,
about 3 months to die once you turned 65, which sounds quite good to
me. (It's an "exponential distribution" if anyone wants to look it
up.)  Once you get old enough, though, you get fewer hours each turn
change and I think you have an increased chance of getting wounded
(which ages you even faster), so it ends up being pointless keeping
the character around and you can just RP it dying.  At least that's
the idea.  No-one is old enough yet for us to know if it works.  I
know a character that only gets 7 hours a turn, but none older than
that.

An idea I suggested last time death was discussed, which was generally
thought to be a bad idea, but I still like it, so I'll try it again,
is that of rulers being able to die (kind of like forcing all rulers
to be heros, but the methods of death would probably be slightly
different - a chance of infils actually killing the ruler, for
example.  What's the point in assasinating the ruler if they get
re-elected in a few days?  Death should take you off the throne
regardless of how much the people like you.)
