[Discuss] Enabling Duels in Tournament Ground?

It has been suggested before, multiple times.  I'm not sure if Tom
plans to implement it at some point or not.

The wounded thing is a little more complicated that that, since I
believe you can only have one status at a time - the character list
can't say both "tourn." and "wounded" at once.  It would require
redoing the whole status system, I think.  Prehaps there is another
way of handling it, but it certainly won't be easy to code.
