[Discuss] plea for update on status of marshall bug

Hi,

Bug 601 -- and several others, I think -- relate to the General not 
being able to appoint a marshall of the imperial army.

I'm having a hard time figuring out if these bugs are receiving active 
attention; it's been close to a year, I'm guessing, that Generals 
haven't been able to appoint a marshal of the imperial army.  Without 
battlegroups, the Duchy / Imperial Army system is the only in-game way 
to organize soldiers into sub-units.  Well, there are message groups, 
but they aren't really for that and only the ruler can use them.

What's the status of them?  I'm not complaining, just wondering if we 
can expect some resolution soon-ish or if we should be making other 
plans such as setting up out-of-game mailing lists, using message 
groups, or thinking of other workarounds.
