[Discuss] losing region for being captured

I think it's lame that a noble lose his land when he's captured. Unless
the intent is to create turnover in Local Lord positions, the net effect
of a noble losing his lordship when going to jail is either a realm with
a ton of lordless regions or a realm where the King or Dukes spent most
of their time trekking around appointing and reappointing lords. It's a
drag.

I also think it's not realistic; did Richard the Lionheart lose his
kingdom because he spent time in jail on the crusades? I can understand
creating turnover in government positions this way -- although it can be
a losing battle in some realms -- but local lordships should be harder
to lose.
