[Discuss] Buro's seeing other TL's

I recently wandered into a battle between to allies at war with each
other. My presence of course preventing the battle from happening. Im
not worried about that.

I'm more worried that I am blind to other TL's. I am outside of my
realm for less than a 2 days, so I saw little reason to change from a
buro and then have to wait a week until I change back. Unfortunately
my scout reports do not show other players, and I am unable to see
other players in region.

True leaving the realm as a buro is not something that most
intelligent people would do, but if in my own realm and I am this
blind that does hinder any efforts to defend my realm...
